Topclass return and exchange policy last for 30 days, after the expiry of 30 days Topclass have the right not to refund or exchange your purchase.
Any application for return or exchange your item must not be used and in its original package and unused. You need to make sure the returned item is package in a way that’s protected during transit and proof of purchase is available to be submitted before the return.

To apply for a return please use our return portal at Returns which then we will contact you back by email for approval before you ship your return.
Any reasons for the returns other than faulty item you will be liable for the return or exchange for the postal cost. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost.

Upon receiving, inspecting and approval of the return we will send you a notification email that it’s all good to go weather you requested an exchanged or a refund, then we will process for exchange or a payment to the original method of payment within 7 days.
