Our courier partners guarantee a next day delivery to most parts of Europe We still ship to countries out of Europe boundary in Middle East, Asia, Far East and Africa.

_Value Added Tax (VAT) _
We will not be charging VAT to our Customer whom are based in European countries provided they have an EORI number and is validated on: – http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies . European customers who are not VAT registered will be charged VAT at 20% based on United Kingdom’s Current VAT rate.
Our international customers who are based outside Europe, will be invoiced with zero rated VAT and will be exempt.

Revers Charge
If you are a VAT registered business in the UK and your purchase of brand new mobile phone exceeds the £5000 value, your invoice will be reversed charged with the VAT and Customer to account to HMRC for the reverse charge output tax on the VAT.

Marginal Invoice
The Marginal VAT Scheme has been designed for VAT registered businesses. It’s optional to use, and its only applies for certain products of used handset where Topclass has purchased those goods and not paid VAT on it from the supplier.
Goods and Products
All the goods offered with service pack quality are 100% new and original parts. A replica Goods are none genuine parts and aftermarket product. We always recommend our customers to purchase service pack parts especially LCD’s.
Procedures of how to order
All purchase orders must be made with official company headed letterheads with full company details, or from a registered email, just to allow no complication to your future ordering. Once your order is received, we confirm it by sending you a Pro-forma Invoice and additional order information.
